I'm into week7 on my gg4 in tent,with a 1200 watt cob led I notice the some tops are getting white spongy stuff on top...has anyone seen this...I've been doing the same thing for 5 years same strain and this is the first time seeing this...only thing that has changed is its 115 out here in vegas and 83 in my setup...

Light bleaching from the led.

Or herpes.

I've read it's good...its not bleached or a deficiency..just wondering if anyone has experience

Hi . White tips on a led grow is a sign of a higher quality bud . There are higher traces of thc and more terpenes in the bud rather than your plain old green . They also turn pink.
