Like a flip box? There was a guy selling some on CL for $125.

We're talking about wiring a device which powers two bulbs from a single ballast?

Wasn't someone here experimenting with flipping lights during the day and it helps with temps?

Exactly, But the largest I can find is 20 ballast running 40 lights, Im looking to have one custom built to fit my needs...
