Hey. Sorry, I thought you were attacking me in private message... I'm ultra sensitive. Very sorry. We have been drying in the tent while the remainder finishes in the grow. I just heard that you are supposed to dry in dark.
I've never heard that. Does anyone have any studies on this? I just read a study that showed that storing your bud in light proof containers will preserve it longer.
What about drying? Light or Dark? Why? Give evidence please.
So, if the only light you have in your drying area doesn't have any UV, you can keep the light on with no problem? It's mostly UV light you need to worry about. A decent read here.
I would not want light while drying. But UV is especially bad.So, if the only light you have in your drying area doesn't have any UV, you can keep the light on with no problem?
trying to visualize 7lb drying in a 2 x 4. is it 15' tall? When I need to dry 7 pounds or less I set up a 2x4 tent. I hang a drying rack in it. And install a 4" blower fan. I let it draw in air conditioned air. And let it slowly dry for about a week. Before bagging and burping. I have one permanently set up for my personal grows. Works well.
No. Its racks. 7 layers of racks. Up to a pound per. I don't hang them.trying to visualize 7lb drying in a 2 x 4. is it 15' tall?
