This could be a few things going on:

1) Did you harden off that plant before putting it outside?
2) Top of the plant is yellowing, this point to an Iron problem. Likely some sort of lockout.
3) Nitrogen deficiency. The bottom leaves are eating themselves and it's working the way up the plant.
4) Is that PM on that right fan leaf?

How much are you feeding? How often?

its from a seed and a outdoor plant, i just started off with some foxfarm soil then i added a tea spoon of guano every month or so...i am using regular tap water....i am a rookie grower....thanx for taking your time to help... what should i add or do???

It looks like they need food! Specifically, Nitrogen and Iron. The guano probably doesn't provide a complete nutrient profile, especially at that rate (High P low, N).

I would hit that lady with some grow ferts (organic or not) and top dress with some more guano. That way, the N and Fe can be corrected more immediately, and as the guano breaks down, you'll get the required P. I imagine she is trying to flower, especially at this time. You could also try to foliar spray to correct it more readily.

After it is corrected, switch to something high in P and lower N(but not nonexistent!)!

Have any earthworm castings laying around? You could top dress with EWCs and some guano, and some seaweed.

Don't foliar-spray if flowering has begun, but otherwise all good advice.

You Can Foliar Feed While Flowering But I Wouldn't Do It After Week 4 Into Flower.
IMO It Looks Like A Iron Def. But Probaly Just Lockout

Go Buy Yourself A $30 PH Meter
And Try To Keep At 6.0-6.8 For Soil

But phenotyper Is Right EWC,Guano and Kelp Meal Are The Best Things Going!

I'm going to suggest a severe iron or sulfur deficiency. Iron can be as simple as a rusty nail or something soaked in water overnight, fed to the plant. Sulfur is as easy as Epsom salt. Kelp, seaweed extract, worm castings, are all great sources of N, the kelp/seaweed will also provide micronutrients.
