Why Do My Leaves Have 7+ Fingers?

Hey, I'm new to the sight and new to growing. I'm working on my first indoor grow with a small plant. But now going into week 3 of my veg cycle and my fan leave have are producing 7+ fingers on the blades I'm wondering if this is normal?

Because you're not growing lemongrass ; )

That is the leaf you want at that stage or a 11 finger means it's ready to put out...make flowers /pollen which ever.
It's all about maturity .

Genetics, environment, and maturity all play a role.
