Anyone know why a couple of branches on my stardawg autoflower have grown like this?

Rest of the branches buds look normal and plump but these seem like calyxes on string if that makes sense. All other plants have grown normally.

I've seen a similar thing happen with a regular photo plant, on another forum. I have no idea why it happens.

Looks like some larf
When I saw it, it was at the ends of branches in full light. These long branches popped out of buds, with 2 or 3 flowers on it. It was always on a section of a plant, not the whole plant. And it was not tassling, which I'm familiar with.

A bunch of us knowledgeable growers all gave our learned opinions, before shrugging shoulders and saying, "Who the fuck knows?"

can we see this plant
Here's some pics. As you can see the other buds are pretty normal and fattened up nicely so have no idea what's happened

Anyone reckon it's a hermie?

That looks like hermie branch that is going to blow pollen any minute.
It's nearly ready for chopping but happy to chop it down early if anyone else thinks it's a hermie ready to pollinate.
