It’s Been 67 days since I got this clone, it was outdoor but I moved it in after about 2 weeks. I feed every 3rd day. This is my first grow so any info is helpful.

it looks like that came from a clone and is stretching a bit for the light. You can top it, that will slow the upper growth and let the lower catch up. Or you can bend it over to do the same. The leaves will come as it ages. I've had plants at 1 month old look like that and still turn out great if you just veg it long enough.

I wouldn't call it garbage yet ......
You can control the pests
You can gently re plant in a promix or appropriate well drained medium
Figure out a correct light application
The tips look as healthy and green as any new plant your going to replace it with , she will grow fine , just straighten out your current pest , overwatering problem and learn valuable lessons in doing so .....

Pinch off the shitty looking leaves , they are garbage .....
Might remove a bunch of spider mites along the way

Get some spinosad insecticide and some neem oil

Transplant into a smaller container
When the medium dries , so you don't tear the roots on a heavy wet transplant
