I blast using a glass tube about the size of a can of tane, fill it with trim, put on a coffe filter and blast into pyrex dish. Same way ive always done it. The trim is dry but not powdery meduim quality. It came out wax but its green.

Any ideas?

Im going to try a oz of dry ice bubble hash with some filler trim, to one can of 5x vector... enough butane?

I had the same problem recently, though I use a copper tube. I thought the green was coming from the copper tube, so I got a new one. Ran a new batch, and no green. Hearing that you use a glass tube makes me wonder. I'm thinking that the trim was dried too fast, thus not eliminating enough chlorophyl, which could make the oil green. Also, I try not to break up my trim, as to not release the green.

moisture content, grabbing chlor due to polar nature of remaining water

I was just looking up dielectric constants (polarity) for a few solvents earlier today:
(approx readings, relative to ambient temp)
water - 80
butane - 1.4
isopro - 16
dmso - 47
