Why isn’t this plant finishing

I have a strain of gsc and it’s a auto. It’s now 14 weeks from seed. I had a couple other plants I planted at the same time and I cut them down 2 weeks ago. This one still has a ton of white hairs. I do see a lot of amber trics, is this normal for some strains?

How many hours of light? Pics?

I’ll take some pics when I get off work but it’s on a 24/7 light schedule under a sf1000.
