Will rain wash away organic nutrient composts such as ocean forest?

hi everyone I have 4 potted plants with ocean forest in them. I am planning to use the doctor earth dry fertilizer after that. Will rain wash away the food? I'm in zone 7A. rain is not super frequent.

It will leach out some nutrients, if water runs out the bottom of the pots.

The most water soluble nutrient, that isn't really held by the soil in any way except as part of organic matter, is nitrogen.
