Will the IR lights on a webcam turn plants Hermie at night?

The camera has 4 IR LEDs (850nm) what do you guys think? Its a WyZe cam FYI...

I could turn them off but they are needed for night vision.

I read a article on this and they said there was no affect. If I find it I will link.

I use a few of these and the red on these wont affect the plants at all. You're all good :)
