Will this driver work ok?

On a 120w board? I'm a little confused about the phase dimming?

I don't think it will be powerful enough for a 150w board.
Output 18-32v at 1400 mA

I have 2 120w boards not 150w. Will 2 of these light the board? Will 2 of these replace this. I think they will but need confirmation

Just found out that there isn't enough output volts or amps for the way it's wired in parallel. May work but very low.
