Will This Plant Mainline Correctly?

As title states above. I've been trying new methods such as lst and lollipopin but this is my first time attempting to mainline the Colas. Do I need to cut the branches outlined? Or if I leave it as be will it grow multiple Colas with the same nutrient output?
