will this work?

hi guys i have commercial unit with a 60 amp feed 3 phase

inquired with an electrician regarding this setup

30x digital 4.3 amps 1000 watts flowering (on flip 60x1000 total)
4x digital 4.3 amps 1000 watts vegg (on flip 8 total alternating)
2x 12 inch fans
2x 8 inch fans
2x 6 in fans (2.2 amps)
20x 1.2 amps water pumps feeding 4 times a day
1x twister machine 14 amps
1x twister vacuum 9 amps

my electrician told me that i have 180 amps total and 80% of that is 144amps available to use safely
and this setup goes over 180 amps and cannot be done
however my previous setup with a 60 amp feed i was able to do 40x 1000 watts on non digital ballists
with no problems , can anyone explain how this would/wouldnt work?

60amp feed x 3 phase

60x600 volts

36000 per phase

108000 watts total?

trust your electrician.

It may work for awhile, it may work forever, but it may also short and start a fire.

Get a second opinion. If it differs from the first, make sure you fully understand why.

Your electrician is right. 34 lights by them self is 146 amps. Your friend is correct 80% rule is your safety margin. Sizing loads matters for longevity and safety.

JUST BECAUSE IT WORKED TODAY MEANS IT CAN BURN TOMORROW!
