yikes.... today was rough to say th least and then I came home to my three week old Auto OGs looking like this :( they’re growing in 3 gal pots 50/50 coco & ffof have fed them only plain ph water and two feedings of recharge. They are under 4 100W COBs custom build dimmed to 60% I moved the lights to 3 ft above them to see if it helps straighten / save them. Any help or tips would be much appreciated thanks.

Do you know how to calculate DLI? I'm trying to find the reccomended levels for seedlings for you. If you need to learn how to calculate it so you can set your lights correctly I can give you the resources to learn. (I'm not saying your lights are wrong but it does seem like a bit much to me at this stage of growth. I haven't had use this calculation for seedlings yet so I dont know myself.) Here's a chart for veg & bloom.

Thats definitely too much light intensity. I slammed them to the dirt on my first grow with a 400w hortilux blue mh.

I had to raise it to 4’ over them before they stood straight up again.

I used paperclips stuck in the soil and bent so they could lean on them while they got stronger.

The clips were not really needed though. Made me feel better. :-)

Yup. Last year I fried my babies with a single 100w(65w non-dimmable) CXB. I didn't yet understand how powerful COBs were because the light seemed so cool on my skin. I just learned about how to calculate distance and output with my girls this last winter. I was only running 265w at 12" and had to turn it (the 100w x2 fixture) down to <70% during bloom. Still a bit high but the tent was outside so plenty of CO2.
