No but you've inspired me...
I'm just getting into this breeding, genitic thing. My goal is to cross strains to get a new strain that grows and thrives in North East Ohio.....not in the bitter cold...but in my out building with temps in the 40's and 50's. There is weed that grows in cold weather...in the ...."stans" part of the world
that deals with cold evenings.... Afghanistan, Packastan, Khazastan....Lebanon- a-stan....šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚
...did you see what I did there. Never know it may be the new GG#4....Nothern Lights.

Non raised bract (I thought calyx was the "hymen" inside the bract?) idk whatever... anyway that was the only clue my current flowering kush mints cross gave me it wasn't male, because one look very suspicious for a bit. Both confirmed fem though. First stage of piling sugar now, and the flower bract grouping is thimble shaped and doin first fattening.
I bet people don't own or use thimbles anymore.
I would if my fingers could still fit one. Only time I ever needed one, is when I would sew patches, or heavy material, like canvas or vinyl.

GEN X ...Built to survive

Traditionally they double as measuring cups... so probably there is a size for you.

Well...if u see something I'm growing that u like this year, (Outdoors) your welcome to cuttings. I've been searching seed strains with short flowering times, mold mildew resistance, and thrive in like cooler temps. The names Stan, HiKu, and Indi always comes up. šŸ¤”

Don't remember your location, I'm in Akron area.

I am 20 miles west of you.....

and
two schools of thought exist.
1. at yellow highlight above once female stigmas pop out to great ya
2. Complete foliar, all over the leaves

So far I am see both work pretty well in both anecdotal vs. empirical. You and and me vs. science guys. So up to you and where. I think more importantly is when and with what. I think that's were I screwed the pooch. If photo either just before you flip and then continued every 5 days or so and with autos once she throws those white legs in the air saying "Hey I'm a girl" and then continue every 5 days or so until you see balls.

I think @Greenadian said he tarts when the autos hit 4th node, if I recall. If I'm wrong he'll likely chime in and correct me since I tagged him.

So far mine are nutless, I just checked today. Soooooo I hope you get ahead of me in this game.

I just hit my auto with STS way too "late" according to "the book" but wound up fine. Once the female part of the plant is impregnated, as long as you keep feeding it they will live long enough to mature those seeds.

They are sprayed.....I sprayed 2 branches on each plant. I havent flipped yet....should I spray it everyday or every 5 days?

From what I've seen on @grayoldnproud page using the same stuff I would say it's probably on the weaker side. I mixed my own and it took 22 days.

Did you get yours already mixed with water (separate bottles of each) or did you get the crystals? I've seen it offered both ways so I'm curious.

Mine was liquid and added distilled water and a drop of soap.

There should be at least some visible darkening on the sprayed areas. Usually accompanied by a little local tip burn. That's how you know it's working.

Only crystals. Need a good accurate digital scale and a gal of distilled water from the supermarket. And one of those metal spray bottles or something that lets zero light in.

If you see any tiny dark color spots when you mix the two liquids you have done it too fast and it will be toxic. Keep an eye out for this it's very important.
