Wires hooked up wrong on Mars Hydro tsw 2000.

When I try to turn off the light with the switch there is still a it of power going to the lights. I talked with support and they said theres a brown wire thata hooked up wrong. Is there any guides on how to fix this or can anybody please help guide me through fixing it?

Before making any connections, ensure that power is disconnected, and when power is on, try and use one hand only to handle the test leads of your digital volt meter, so that you never have two hands touching a live circuit.
