Anyone ever use them? Mostly wondering the differences between the piranha, the wide mouth, and the queen.

I have never used one....but I am a huge fan of wizard puff as a retailer. Multiple a orders complete satisfaction.
Maybe check in the bongs, pipes smoking tools threads.
