HAVERHILL, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Police say a woman involved in a drug bust told them she had made arrangements to buy marijuana through a Boston organization.
John Rielly, 36, was arrested for possession with intent to distribute after police say they found him with over a half pound of marijuana, hash, cannabis candy, THC oil, and over $1,600 in cash. Detectives say they also seized drug ledgers from the suspect, which indicate that he was planning to make deliveries in multiple cities across Massachusetts.
The woman that Rielly had been allegedly selling the drugs to at the time said that she had made arrangements for the purchase through the website of the Boston Herbal Organization.
The website offers a full menu of marijuana-based products for the sale and delivery to "qualified patients."
Rielly was arrested and scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.
