Wondering when I should harvest

Hi! I’ve only posted a few times here. I’m fairly new to growing and I’m reaching harvest. Was just curious to see how far off I am. Lots of leaves have started yellowing and falling off.

What strain is that? Is that a critical? Most people use the loupe and check the trichs, but when the yellow starts to move to the single leaves on the buds, you're real close :)
