Work Programs away from the states

I was wondering if anyone knew of any work programs that get you set up with a job and a place of residence outside of the states. I'm really tired of the states and would like to get out and travel and see the world.

A friend of mine is in his second country in 2 years working for an English as a second language program as a teacher (which he is not). Italy and now S. Korea. He really likes the program.

well i don't have any college expirence or anything like that. I'm looking for a program that sets me up with a basic job and a little appartment until i can get on my feet and do things on my own.
