Tobor that is a Durban strain that some old timers out my way have been growing for a while in these parts. I got it from a good buddy of mine that grew up talking about this strain everyday. His uncle was the one that gave it to us. Still don't know his uncles name but in our tight little circle he is simply known as uncle durban. The shit is good quality outdoor smoke and it is done like clockwork around September 5-7.

Nice picks Aussie! They are just starting but 2 months will pass quickly and we will be cutting buds.

That is a sweet harvest time Mr. GoodCat. September 7 and harvesting buds is an early gold mine.

Hellooooooooo... I'm sorry that I never got to update you guys. The shit went down, one MAJOR field got hit by the fuzz, and sent us running like roaches. Three of us were in on over a hundred, and someone found it and called the man. Who walks their dog in the middle of the fucking woods?

Still have like a buck fifty, checked most them at the end of july (when I got out the bing). I'll explain more when I actually get some hanging.

As for health, I was really worried that m pers crop would be dead since no one I'm growing with this year knew where it was. I was told that we had three weeks without water, and the last week was a couple of days in the hundreds. I heard this right after I touched down, and was worried that I might have some hidden friends, so I waited till I was sure I was alone, then hit the first one. Let me tell you, soil moist is that shit. By the time I got there we'd only had a half inch of rain or so in the past month, but they were chest high, lush , green, and stinky. I will forever use that shit now.

Enough with the talk, just wanted you guys to know I was still in, just had a hiccup in the execution stages of the mission. All the pics look good, I didn't know the chemdog would yeild like that tobor. I'll have to invest in some seeds then. I'll be checking on the rest of them the end of this month, I will get some pics, and see you then.

Sad but very exciting adventure themist. It is good that the one field did so well during the drought without any attention from you.

The Chemdog D clone inside is a good yielder. It gets branchy and the buds get fat. It isn't the biggest yielder but it is known as a good yielder. So outside it is fully capable of getting 8-10 feet tall. But even the 4 to 6 foot bushes are pounders waiting to happen. It seems to have good bug and mold resistance and it finishes easily outside at 40 N so in the northeast USA it can be grown outdoors.

My seed experience with jjNYC and Top Dawg were with his Chemdog D x Afghani and they got absolutely huge, especially for a guerilla grow setting. 10-12 foot trees and some yielded 2 to 3.5 lbs. I'm talking in the wild plants not back yard divas.

We had 1.20 inches of rain the Saturday night to Sunday morning. Then it was cloudy until noon at which time the sun came out. It was a perfect scenario for plant happiness. The ones I visited were looking really, really happy.

The pics people have for mid to late August are great. That is the first milestone of an outdoor grow. The start of actual flowering when the pistils start to bunch up. The next milestone for me is too see how they look on September 1st. Some of you are going to have some fat buds for Sept 1.
