Does look like a good start my only advice is keep those lights as close as you can and flip into flower pretty soon my first grow was cfl and i had no clue....i vegged mine way to long and had enormous mini trees in my closet. What I've noticed is they almost double in size from veg to harvest you can top em and do many other things but def keep the light as close as you can with out burning.....and last dont over feed if you use soil and i think that is what you got in there under feeding is a better bet as the soil has nutrients it also works as a buffer for over feeding but yeah looks like your offf to a good start
