Probably be ok not great
be Better off with 2 quantum board style
lights

If the light does what it says it does than that should be sufficient I think.
240watts / 8 square feet = 30w per square foot

Buy as many watts as you can afford
es300 be nice expensive tho
two sf1000 or equivalent would be ok but probably really need 3 or 4
having multiple lights is nice if
you grow different strains and they are different heights you
can adjust So they all get most light they can

i am running over 400w of different leds in a 3x3

I have a 2x4x5 tent also. I went with a 320W Kingbrite, but lots of journals and posts about their 240W working great in a 2x4 tent also. I got a 240W for my clone/early veg area and then they go into the tent with 320W:

320W with cree xpe 660nm

240W with epistar 660nm
