Wtf is happening...please help!

I have never had so many problems in one grow in my life... Let me start by saying it's been about 3 or so years since I grew and since then I have had 2 babies. So I'm juggling a toddler and infant a 9yo pets plants work etc. cut me some slack...lol ... Also please ignore the absolute mess that is my tent at the moment. I had an incident the other night while setting the wifi smart plug for my irrigation system. I was not aware while I was setting the times the outlet had actually been on and so my pump had been running the entire time and pumped all 16 GALLONS of the freshly mixed nutrient solution out of the reservoir through my plants which obviously overflowed the plant saucers and flooded my the bottom of my tent....Im in the process of cleaning it after trying desperately to figure out a way to not waste it all but its all just gonna have to go to my outside plants since it's no good for these plants anymore.

Ok moving on from my emotional rant over my stupid mistake... Im growing in Coco. I started with 3 plants 1 was just not growing at all so I removed it. One looks fabulous and the other... Well idk. You tell me. Idk wtf is going on with it. I got one lead literally didn't grow tips??? Random leaves with all different discolorations going on it's really not growing well compared to its tent mate. I topped it once transplanted from 1 to 3 gallon fabric pot and started LST 2 (not all at the same time). What's wrong with it?

Also I guess I usually mainline my plants and then use a scrog net. I wanted to keep it simple his time just topping and LST. Well now I'm lost idk to do next with the healthy one. I wanted to top it a second time but I think maybe I waited to long? I was trying to let the other one catch up
Idk what to trim off or what to tie down. My trying to keep it simple is causing me more stress then my aggrieve maintenance used to... Help me? Lol healthy plant is the last photo. (Obviously) Lol

Get those fans off plant , that direct blast not good till flower, point fan to bounce off wall to plant like a corner and over canopy, cut/pinch off damaged wind burned leaves

Yeah it was just a little bit lower from canopy not as severe as directly hitting the plants, mostly was cold environment and hot living coco coir soil.
