Wtf is happening update (pics inside)

Ok so I had a sun/heat stressed plant go full 90degree praying on me, both first set of true leaves pointing straight up.. it’s been a few days I’ve kept away from harsh direct light and gently teased it’s poor dried up leaves back down and the colour has gone wonky on me.. any idea what is happening now? Lmao went from a beautiful lush green to this uneven lime/dark green.. top 1/4-1/2 inch of soil is dry but I assure you there’s dark soil underneath meaning it has all the water it needs correct? These are about 2 1/2 weeks old.. does it need water? I’ve hardly watered these.. trying not to over water.
they are bubba kush 2.0 in Gaia organic soil 1-0-0 and stepwell super soil for the third pot
first 3 pics are problematic seedling throughout the last few days
the others look good but all tips/help are appreciated!

any Idea why my fastest growing seedling isn’t dark green anymore too?

The roots on your plants might not even be 4 inches long yet. The soil is way too dry.

Just a suggestion but I would start in smaller container and transplant once it reaches 10+ inches.

I'd throw them all out except #4 and plant more,they look like mutants and weak seeds except one.
