Does anyone know, why the fuck my leaves look like this?

Too much water?

Too much fertilizer or even more likely too much fan wind on the affected leaves.

I actually have this on 2 branches and thought at first it was the fan but my ppm of runoff is high and have just corrected it with oldskol4evr's help ..so MIMed's on the money too high fertilizer.
