Yellow leafs at the bottom

Hello all.
I have a question about my leafs color.
They seem to be turning yellow every year around this time.. only the bottom few..
Any suggestions on why?? And how to fix it?

Natural growth. That's why they do it every year. Old die so the young and grow.
