I'm trynna try the first one the others I've tried but the dirt like you said I can't see what's going on so it's frustrating. I might chance it though when I get more seeds and just go straight to dirt or soak until they poke lol. The papertowel method don't work at all for me only one survived.

whatever germinating method you use, past the point seed crack open and start to grow it's root, too much humidity could be detrimental as this will usually end with the seedling to rot inside the seed shell as soon as it opened or soon afterward.

you may have more success with maintaining an even moisture level for the seeds with one or the other method.

i usually germinate my seeds between cotton pad (those to remove make up) or paper towel for 2-4 days then transplant in soil , any seeds that take longer to crack open and grow it's root vigorously enough within that time span not worth it for me, and i'd say i have 85% success germ rate or so

past the point of transplanting in soil i have more success transplanting in larger pots than smaller pots. i have a tendency for overwatering seeds in small cup at the time of transplant.
In larger pots when you water a little too much this will accumulate and run off at the bottom of the pot, far from the seedling. In small cup if you water a little too much it will accumulate near the seedling.

No problem. I forgot to attach photos of my new babies. I hate when people give advice but don't show their plants. These are 9 day old autoflowers. Corleone Kush, Blueberry, and Cookies and Cream. Will be transitioning them outside in about a week. Regardless of if they are leggy or not, I always leave room to bury half the stem to promote more root growth. I did this on like day 2 or 3. Looks like they're taking pretty well and they're more proportional up top. Just a cool little trick I learned along the way. Happy growings!!!
My little bitty baby blueberry x big devil by seed supreme. They’re so tiny I’m obsessed. Curious to see how fast they take off.

They look really good! 9 days is crazy it's been almost 3 weeks and mine it's so little. I covered more of the stem so it can grow more roots.

Thank you!!

I am sorry, I haven't read the previous posts cuz these days I am busy as hell. In the meantime I am growing some good strains for the first time, pure S, I and M as well, 25-30% of THC, but one of the seedlings went yellow. Watering every 3-4 days with 2-3ml of nutrients, trying to keep the soil not too wet and not too dry. 12-14 hours of 300W LED light, gradually increasing it to 18.These amateur tapes with toilet paper are just a temporary LST tho, 3 weeks old. Please advise if I gotta do something radical at this point, thanks good fellas and ladies.
