This. Also, when you water them so often you discourage root system development. You should let them dry out as much as you can to begin with so that the roots grow in search of water. @Eledin Is right on all counts. The fabric pots are a must 100%
Today when I fed they were droopy and dry and pots felt light so I fed. Pots are 14L

Are you using the recommended ammount of ml per week divided per the times you water or do you use the recommended ammount every 2 days? Pots can feel lighter when theyre not dwamped in water but that doesnt mean theyre dry, specially since youre watering every 2 days and you have pro mix in plastic pots. Leaves will be droopy when the plant is overwatered, when its dry they tend to droop more gently and shortly after watering they go back to normal. How many liters are you using in each pot?

Yeah I see what you mean maybe I’m not letting the soil get dry enough doing it every other day

I think to make it short, cut the leaves that are mostly yellow and trimm or remove the ones touching the ground, and go back to veg as 2bad said til it recovers. Wait til the plant is thirsty to water it, so now you wait til they go up, then they will go down again, you water them, if they go back to normal after that you did it well. Dont use more than the recommended ammount per week of ferts, I see a couple of leaves with burned sides. I think its a mixture of too much water and too much nutes. And as the_word said, dont be afraid to let them dry for a bit, they will recover as soon as you water them and it encourages root growth and prevents root rot.

Cheers for the advise I will give this a go and update hopefully with good news 🀞

Just making sure it's not rootbound..3 weeks isn't too long you should be ok

Surprised you have not started thinning and training. Going to be nice plants once yellow is gone. They provide nothing to the plant, so I pick yellow leaves. I remove most fan leaves, but only because I am inside. They don't have a job in inside growing. This is just my feelings on it.
That was a job for this week but at the moment have left it to try and sort out this issue. But I think I will take off yellow leaves and thin out the rest, give a flush of just ph water and the at the next feed ad in some potassium. Fingers crossed.

I agree with the training but disagree with fan leaves not having a job inside growing. I used to remove fan leaves every 2 weeks from my plants (not only the yellow ones) and now that I only remove the bottom part and yellow ones I get more yield if I let them be. Is it from experience that you say that? is there any study? Im interested because in my case it seems to be quite the contrary. Also for the OP, never remove more than 20% of leaves and let it recover for 2 weeks before the next defolating session. You can stunt them or kill them by taking too many leaves at once, or make them herm if theyre in flower.

Not having a job in indoors growing*
They are the ones that give the energy to grow, including buds. Suggar leaves are not much more than that, they fatten the buds with suggars, theyre not nearly as efficient doing photosintesis and you want it wether youre in grow or bloom. The more healthy fan leaves with light the more yield in my experience. I also have side lights so I dont worry about lower leaves not getting enough light, I might trimm one or two that are shadowing the suggar or fan leaves from another stem but thats it.
