Yellowing of 10day old Slight yellow

Hey yall day 9, could it be over watering? Noticed today

unfortunately there is no perlite in soil due to me being naive
I have a dry meter which I went off and covered the top soil in 6.5ph watered 2 days ago

1/4 manure
3/4 compost organic
Shot of bone meal
Shot of fish blood and bone

You're going to need to add perlite for drainage, your soil may be too dense without enough aeration and that can cause you headaches down the road.

How could I add perlite when there in final pots

was thinking. Carefully dig around? Then extract then add perlite
