I have them on a 18-6 routine
water once every 3-4 days depending on the medium.
no nutrients just yet. I think happy frog and the ocean floor mix is already a high nutrient soil.

Wait long enough to be sure they've adjusted to the transplant. They'll probably be okay, but sometimes a plant might need some extra care. Transplanting and topping stress the plants, so it's better not to give them two stresses at once.
