You've got to fight...for your right...to grow Cannabis

As many of you know there are bills in the RI House and Senate that seek to remove the rights of patients and caregivers to cultivate the Cannabis we need.
The bills (HB5401and SB204) are an assault on our self sufficiency!
If either of these bills pass we will be forced to purchase our medication from care centers that will be charging up to $500 an ounce!

We, as patients and caregivers, need to stand up and tell our community and elected officials that they cannot take away our RIGHT TO GROW.

We ALL must contact our elected officials and urge them to vote NO on these bills.

In New Mexico they passed such a bill and the compassion centers ran out of medication in 3 weeks!

Here in Rhode Island we will be forced to buy overpriced Cannabis from politically connected insiders who could not care less about Cannabis patients.
They only care about MONEY!

The Medical Cannabis community will be holding a rally on 03/07/2011.
On this day the DOH will hand down the decision as to which care center(s) will be licensed.

Let us show them our solidarity and our resolve!

so what happened after the smoke blew by us??? which care centers are in? how many new ones did they approve thsi time??

where r they located ?
is therea list somewhere of the current care centers that are active and dispense Med mJ?

The hearing wasn't about the dispensaries, it was in regards to cargegivers and the right to grow.

They approved all 3

Slater is in Providence
Greenleaf is in Portsmouth
Summit is in Warwick, but FUCK SUMMIT, we're boycotting them.

They are not accepting patient applications till "late spring" and wont have meds for them till oct-nov
