Is it illegal to run now? lol

I hear you SoCal. I just think this happened because GZ did what he did, not because TM did what he did. So, to me it's really cut and dry. You take GZ out of the equation and kid is walking home. You take TM out of equation and GZ might have found another kid to talk too. I don't think TM created the situation by just walking. GZ isn't taking enough credit for what has happened here is all I really think.

You don't get to use Self Defense when you are the aggressor. It's simply the law.

Carrying A Concealed Weapon doesn't make you an "Aggressor" either... Or there is A Hell of A lot of Aggressors in Florida, Now "Striking" someone, different all together. Battery, Physical Assault, Aggravated Assault, Mayhem are all possible charges. Depends on the damage inflicted, trust me, I know

Following someone you suspect is up to no good is not illegal.
Following someone you suspect is up to no good while legally carrying a firearm is not illegal.
Starting a physical fight is illegal, and we will never know who started it. The JURY said it was not proved to be GZ.
End of story.

There is mounting evidence that suggests TM is not the angel yall still think he is, but that in itself isnt illegal either.

Your argument that GZ started the fight are just as weak as mine that he might not have started it.

Treyvon was about 100m from home. A young athletic dude like him could have made that in less than 20 seconds if he ran.

Those of you arguing that the "stand your ground" laws are unjust do realize that in states without such a law you have to prove you tried to run, right?

Think GZ, that gun wielding maniac, could catch TM? Or did GZ pounce on TM from a darkened corner, throw his own head against the ground a bit, put TM on top of him so he could stage a a murder scene to look like self defense after making the mistake of calling the cops before the altercation.

Never said he was the only one, but the name of the Thread is Zimmerman. We can all say Nobody except GZ & TM know what happened. And you'd prob get 2 opposing stories from them if the two were still alive. Obviously the case is over, we know the facts.

And yes over 45 states have a self defense law, not the same as Florida's stand your ground. That has nothing to do with the FACT that we don't know GZ killed in self defense. And people who carry guns tend to be more aggressive than not as they feel confidence from packing heat, imo

I watched some if the Video shit, they said, at the confrontation, TM said to GZ why you following me, GZ said what r u doing around here. At that point TM clobberd him.

Could have all been avoided had GZ listened to 911 dispatch and not even approached TZ. Shoulda, coulda, all done unfortunately. I know GZ will be a bit more careful with who he approaches in the dark in the future. That I would bet on!
