Hey farmer fam I’m Jay from Elite Cut genetics
! In this thread we are going to showcase some of the strains we have available for sale and also run an experiment. We are rocking organic living soil in an earthbox sub irrigated planter that has a 3 gallon reservoir at the bottom where the plants can wick up water as needed.
What we have done here on this run is stick some 12 inch air stones into each res and hook it up to a high power pump. This oxygenates the water thus making this a hybrid hydroponic system that runs on organic living soil as the medium. So far growth rates seem to have increased but since we have multiple strains and no side by side comparison it’s hard to tell forsure. All the plants are in perfect health and we have done our mid flower top dress.
We are at day 31 and plan to implement UVB light from weeks 6 on with 2x Migro UVB fixtures in a 5x5 mars hydro tent.
Genetics
-Apples and Bananas from CLTVTD (cultivated) genetics in NorCal. A tissue culture nursery that hunts and selects phenos for the market. This is our last time running this cultivar and are letting it go to make way for more genetics! We do have a feminized cross called the Tropicana Twist (apples and bananas x Trop Cherry). We also took one cut and rooted it in our aerocloner. Take this off our hands so we can move on. It’s sooo hard to kill strains but we are limited by space so it’s time to move on. Snag her up for a discount and carry the torch from here on out or make something dope with your favorite strains.
