If you read my posts, the only OG's I talk about are the BTY and Faceoff. When breeders start getting the BTY, the haters will be the first to start buying the beans.

Yes. It would be pretty hard for you because you don't have the recipe or the cut. If you had it, it would take more than a few runs.

4 me it's always a bit tricky 2 dial in a OG.. But give me 3 runs & I should do ok.. Prolly nuthin like the pros running her 10yrs but I'm up 4 the challenge ..

I know it sounds funny, I laughed too. The plant is finicky and with the feeding chart(AKA Secret Recipe), the work is done for you.
It's a General Hydroponics recipe, I use House & Garden. I'm sure people can figure out a conversion that works with their base nutes. My friend runs a commercial grow, the BTY is one of the strains that is run. They use a different recipe for each strain. I'm not allowed to take pictures and I probably wouldn't anyways. When someone new gets the cut, the buds don't fill out and they usually go WTF, it takes them a few runs to figure it out. I get BTY nugs for free, the plant is pulled at 45-55 days, so I don't even get to see its full potential. The BTY was on lock, I don't grow it but I know a few who do. It's a long story but I was suppose to have the cut over a year ago. I didn't acquire the cut till recently.
I also have several other OG's that I'm completely happy with, it's just fun to try out new strains.

Nobody Has This Shit OG, it's OG Kush

I find the most hyped moniker OG Kushes are from the most avg growers, ime. It's the OG Kush that stands out if it's grown really well, not the moniker imo. I'd put my OGK against any other, it's as good as OGK gets. It does differ but I don't think it is any better, just different and that's where personal preferance comes into factoring. I'm ok with tahoe og and this one, all others are just names to me. But I'm sure you'd tell me BTY is the best...blah blah

Nutes I want to throw at her to dial her down..it's just seems impossible to believe there's only one way to grow a strain.. I believe all strains love NPK and the rest of the macro/micro nutrients.. Or am I wrong about that..

On the contrary bro I'm not her supporting or refuting the bty potential, I was trying to be sarcastic to the point of a "secret formula".. I like all Ogeez for what they are, I dislike the og moniker being thrown around as well, and dislike when people like to say this "___ og kush" when its clearly not, this is why i made this thread to hopefully attempt to get legit info... Not to be bickering like children, I'm grown and don't have time to bicker wit people who have a one track mind and can't see that there's an outside to the box..
