ICM refugee here. Rather not be a part of something like that. Sure the bou/bay are up but that's not a sufficient reason to take part in a site that has had it owner arrested. Looking forward to the farm!

What? Gypsy laundering money?!? Probably the all cash he took from people like me. Ordered $260+ of BOG and RES seeds (this was years ago... I sent $270 to them), only to get a confirmation email stating "$ was received, order shipped". Weeks later, no seeds or customs taped mail, so I emailed Gypme and got a "Wait a few more weeks, it was mailed around a 'holiday' so expect delays"... I did... email again, and nothing. Go onto the forums to 'stir the pot' a little... I end up getting my posts deleted and was banned from posting for 30 days, with a 90 day "probation period" on my posts... any post I did for 90 days after my ban was to "be reviewed by moderators before being posted"... what a joke that place is. You take someones money and then ban them for asking "Q"s about what happened.

I just started posting there to take up some bandwidth, figured it was the best I could do to get my moneys worth...

I for one, am kind of happy 'Karma' finally caught up to the Gypster. "The rule of 3" and all will probably kick his ass in the end :dead:

"Snitches get stitches"... except this time, I will send them some extra Karma points :troll: .

(This OG/ICMag refuge is done 'ranting and trolling'. :) )

Well I can tell you from Experience that seeds from the Farm, do and will get shipped, have gotten every order from Logic, every time.. :D

the bay and bou crew are nothing like the Admins on ICM. Doesn't matter whom you buy seeds from. once the order gets shipped out they have no control what happens to it. I have recived every order from every seed bank I have used. I have had orders come 5 weeks after the order was placed. I have had orders not show the breeder sent more. I never spoke to the bay/bou about anything.. Even Logic has to deal with scammers..

Now having said that ICM use to be great until the current Admuts where rehired a few years back. Thats when the site took a bit hit. Most of the best growers on the site got banned. The sites Admuts have a power trip... Those of you that still have accounts there. you wont find any POST from me that violated the TOU. They will ban you if they dont like you. . There personal issues whatever they are should be left at the door. You can't have a confidential conversation with iether of them they will tell each other what was said share any PM'S or Emails. IMO having a couple run the site is not acceptable thats a conflict of interest...Anyway they have alienated more people then I can count. They will tell lies to other MODS to justify there actions. Anyway thats a site I would never recomend to anyone as it is now. it will never recover with the current admuts running it.

END RANT :)

Meh, statements made by ICMag staff ring true to me, Marc Emery did get fucked over in a way that had some similarities, but every single one of his businesses is still around, the magazine, the seed sellers, etc, Gypsy is no different, his time and resources are all ruined for a while, but his legacy and creations will continue to function.

Hello - . Found IC to be a useful resource and met some cool folks who taught me a lot. I knew absolutely nothing about growing when I joined as well. People didn't have to help me but they did.

Didn't find the mods over there to be so bad as long as I was prepared to take my ego out of the equation and deal with them with respect. That was my (limited) experience over there.

Hope IC stays up and GN avoids jail. However as a precaution to my peace of mind. (I'm nothing if not paranoid) I'm coming over here to relax and feel safe in the meantime.

Mods come and go, good ones build a site, bad ones drive people away, waited to long before re-settling to do it again so soon.

The MODS have never given me any issues its the Admins that have banning power. MODS dont have that ...I was a MOD there. it was so bad I couodnt do it.


Where you looking for the other thread ??? This one is a welcome to the farm for ICM x members

I'm not posting on the other thread. That is none of my business. This is right thread as I'm an IC member newly joining the farm. Just wanted to say hello. Did i have to get banned on IC in order to be able to post here?

I was talkin to SS. His 1st post in this thread was about the gypsy issue. Your fine unless you want t ogo get banned from there lol...

I will usaly post a reply of the post above me. If its a farther back post then it gets quoted. I have no idea why you thought I was talkin to you??

Just a misunderstanding. We were both talking about IC mods, among other things. Still figuring out the navigation of this site and indeed the way people interact on it.

Also I actually thought you were saying only people who had been banned or asked to have their accounts deleted over at IC were welcome to post on this thread.

So another misunderstanding. They happen. No problem. :)

So are you guys deleting your accounts over @ ICMAG ?or just leaving them active, I have one over there didn't do much with it, should I delete it or just say fuck it..:confused:
