Hi Mass! I've done a little amending here and there, but yup, still recycling the soil. This is only round two. Probably going to do another amending and then I hope to run it no-till here soon!

Prayer Tower nug I'm smoking on. It took a while for this to cure imho. Sativa in the eyes, with a kick to the head.

Sativas do tend to take their time to cure I've noticed. Glad your Seedsman order made it to you safely. I hate seeing all these customs seizures man it's getting pretty ugly. How's that BB Sativa coming along these days?

Hey 6! Good to see ya. :)

I was little worried at first on the PT. It is curing out much better now. Pretty thick heavy smoke to it - great high. I'm pretty stoked about the seedsman order! Next time I think I'll have to get the book. It is so stealth, I didn't realize how stealth it was!

BB Sativa is doing ok (not great - user error). Looks like it is going to take a while to flower. With that said, the little BB I am going to use to seed is looking really nice. I need to get the boys flowering pretty quick here.

Hey CD! Thanks for the kind words. Seriously, I'm really limping things along this round. It's been one of those learning grows.

The Ancient seems to finish up right about 9 weeks, you could maybe take it out to ten. The plants were really mature hen I started flowering this round, so I'm not sure if hey are going to finish up a little quicker or not? Ancient is some really nice lemony, pledge kind of smell. It's starting to come on real strong about now.

The Blue Tara F2 are total pollen chucks. I had two males and two females and I chose one of each. I think what I am seeing in the F2's is more variation. A couple of the phenos are real small producers again and look a lot like the mom. Then one (the bottom of the two) is really chunky and it really smelling. I thought when it was growing up it was going to be special, but I didn't clone it b/c of all the F2 beans I have. Live and learn.

Lol, I must have spaced the Alpha Dawgs. They look really weird to me, but I'm certainly not a chem expert. One has no smell (really similar to the Dinafem - Dinachem) and the other has a nice fuely smell.

Here's a pict from each of the Alpha's. One is growing long thin colas, and the other has the little popcorn nugs.

If your chocolate rains didn't germinate, I think we need to work on your germination a little. That's just too low of a rate. Obv there are 100 ways to skin a cat, but I'll post my method below. The Alpha dawgs look to be pretty small producers. One has a good smell, one doesn't. My initial thought is they really don't compare to the Diesel Fires.

Hey Space... errr... LLump lol. I do have several small plants flowering that I am going to breed. It will be all hybrids this round as I don't have any Lucky Charms in flower. I might try and save a little of the pollen for F2's later. If all goes as planned the Lucky Charms male(s) will hit an Ancient OG, Diesel Fire, Blueberry Sativa, Elephant Stomper, and maybe a couple of Alpha Dawgs if the mothers turn out okay. Males are going into flower anyday, and the BB Sativa has been flowering for about 3 weeks or so, rest about 2 weeks.

I'm not going to make any promises, but I need to pull some plants out tonight and go through them. I'll try and snap a few picts.

Edit: almost forgot - germinating. This is just my method, but I start by putting the seeds in a shot glass and adding a little non-clorinated water. I don't think it would hurt to add a little mycorrhizae here if you wanted. After 24 hours I put them in a moistened paper towel, and then put them inside a dvd case. I stand the dvd case on end so the tap roots grow straight down and don't twist up. Then prep your dirt and plop them in once they are an inch or so long. I had one of my Blue Tara F2's not germ, other then that, I can't really tell you the last time I didn't get 100% germination. I keep the temps in the low to mid 70's. Usually just ambient room temperature. Let me know if you have any questions!

also, what smells have you gotten from her from the beginning of bloom to wk 6?

yeah i do it kinda like that. i put my seeds in a half pint of 19,degree water,meant to speed it up,it does.i now add a lil of caps root + i can usually! 9/out 10. times i get a long enough tap root to go strait to a root riot + a 5,litre veg pot.cool for sharing your way like.i never thaught of a c.d case! lol. would keep humid + warmish. hows them a doggs:-)? still weird looking:-).

Thanks PDX! I freaking love the access we have to genetics now! I can hardly contain myself! I'm super glad you like Bodhi. Not only do I think he puts out some serious fire, but I think he is just a class act human being. I feel the same about Esko. I want to buy their stuff just because I support their integrity and like them as people.
