Thank's SpiderK,that looks much better:)

was hoping you would like it. a bad habit, every pic can be adjusted! i started working on a drum scanner in the early 90's doing catalog photos & started w/ the beta photoshop. your pics looked great it was just a small move in the yellow, cyan mid-tones. looks like you use a nice camera, try adjusting your white balance every location change it will remove the color cast most of the time.

or toss a white piece of paper in your picture, then adjust the colors. the white area's should have 3-5% y,m,c with little k ( black. ) 1-2 % will also show you if any whites are blown out ( loss of detail ) the white area is the key. a few % of all three colors in the whites and the rest of the image falls inline.

so in your pic above if it had a white paper next to that bud it would have been, yellow 12%, magenta 5%, cyan 7% , black 2% ( i pumped the shadows up ). so in the curves menu i would have pulled those numbers down 3% across the board and its fixed.

@geologic that was a lot of info and I didn't understand any of it! hahahahaha!!!

Every picture is made up of dots / pixels ... look at a magazine under a 60x magnifier just a bunch of dots so his photo had larger yellow dots than magenta, cyan so it creates a yellow cast across the entire image.

If you have a white piece of paper in your photo it will tell you what's wrong. I do not need the white I can just tell, i fixed his photo in 40 seconds using the crappy color adjuster standard on my computer.

But almost every photo needs fixing because of washed out, dull shadow area's or color cast throwing the entire picture off. So , backing up, if wayne had a piece of white paper in his photo, it would have showed a high ( yellow % ). In photoshop, its called an " info pallet " telling you the percentages of c,m,y,k, or r,g,b ..... so if he would have put the cursor over a white chip it would have shown a higher % of yellow. then in photoshop i would open up the curves ( adjustment menu ) and select yellow only, so i could lower his midtone reading from 13% or whatever down to 3%. So it would pull that 10% out of the entire image " fixing it "

Different lights, colors around you add a color cast as the picture is being taken so every picture needs adjustment, really ....

Now when someone starts taking pics in " HDR " ... These plants would really pop !

This pic is from taking 7 pic's within a second or two over / under exposing then smashing them back together into one photo grabbing the extreme shadows & highlights giving it a 3D look. But this guys using a 3K camera ....

My iphone takes HDR pics... Should I use that instead of my reg dig camera?

You could try but it's not the same. For top HDR's you first need a tripod the slightest camera movement screws it up. The iphone is doing everything at once.

I'd still try it, if done properly it should take a more well rounded photo, i bet its using three images. One perfect shot then one over exposed & the other under exposed by 10% .... but seeing its taking three images the slightest movement will create blur ( or its just taking one photo then doing a cheap over/under exposure off that single shot, then you don't have to worry so much about movement but the quality is not the same. I messed around with this 7,8 years ago not tried it since but you can create crazy shit ....

The top mags like GQ ect all use this now. The top Nikons / Cannons can rip off 7 pics & do the adjustment of each pic being a different exposure. The 7 pics then get moved into another software program so you can press them into one. I did some in the past but could not get the realism they do at the top photo houses.

Just went through this with my starfighter x gsc beans, they have a hard shell, gotta scuff them up a little first then germ them whatever way works best for you. . I did mine in a paper towel. Managed to get 6 of 11 to pop, the rest were duds. They don't have the vigor my other beans do so u gotta baby them. (Not sayin nothin bad about divine genetics) just tell in ya like it is, I'm sure you will find some fire in what seeds do pop for ya! Goodluck bro.

The last seeds I popped from Divine were the SourD x GSC
I don't usually soak,or scuff them
Those beans were 100% on germination, but the seedlings were small and seemed to take a little bit to take off initially....
They are in beast mode now though
