wintereized 91% iso i used dry ice kept it at -20 to -30 for 3 days this is before the purge i has just scraped it

some wax i made came out looking fantastic but i got the feeling of butane in my lung even though it vaced for 36 hours threw it back on and couldnt get the wax consistency back all the way

This is BHO that was then dissolved in iso, chilled, filtered(to strip wax), and purged?
Please expand on "got the feeling of butane in my lung".
How could butane survive this purge?

i doubt its butane bc it hasnt changed viscosity since ive made it. I remember reading in a thread in here that if you cough too much or get a "tingly" feeling in your chest that there may still be some butane or compound that hasnt been purged out. this stuff is just some killer honey comb. the top two are my iso batches the bottom is a bho to honey comb no winter.

Could be the quality of trim/ What time the nug was harvested. day 70 is when all the resin is purged.

idk for sure how old it was but i only do nug runs bc i cant find trim or anything out here but the quality ranges its always higher grade by our scales over here. Been doing small batches of a bunch of different techniques trying to find my nitch right now im loving the honey comb just the way it smokes and the wintereized iso has been winning me over lately
