Magik seeded 6 weeks
And my Magik filled with seed, soon to be an IBL. Just another gen and she will be an IBL. This is a cup contender for sure. Different than nearly everything currently available.
so my goal is to grow out seeds from the Magik, find the desirable male(s) and then use to cross on to Magik and sisters of similar traits. Essentially and f4 crossed back to Magik and her other sister in gen 3. Only seeing 3 phenotypes currently. I will post pics tomorrow of the sisters.

This is going to a wonderful true breeding variety hopefully available by years end.

That Majik looks pretty unique for sure. What is her lineage, if you don't mind sharing? Positive vibes...

Originally purchased here as Magic Merlin from Outlaw Genetics. It Is a selected f2 bx. To the male. When released to public it will be an f4 IX to the plants shown as well as BX to Magik again. All mixed together. This should give me the homogeneous traits I am looking for.

The Plant pictured above are week 6.

Fuck yeah! I have always heard great things about Outlaw Grower's work, but I have never been lucky enough to scoop any. Sucks he isn't around anymore. Good luck with the project. I will be watching. Positive vibes...

Odd thing is, had I gotten a pack now I would have thrown them all in the trash after 2 runs! Nothing was worth keeping, flowers consistently rotted. Flavor of the Magic Merlin was fruity and creamy, strong herb very sedating. I just hadn't seen many the other varieties of cannabis as a grower.
Glad I was ignorant.

On Outlaws hybrids, the ECPD always looked so good, and read nothing but good things. I had purchased the MM because I was obsessed with purple flowers. I didn't really get any. His hybrids are exactly what I wanted to do! So I had to get them. Now I have all the building blocks but feel the DPD I used was not really what I was looking for. @JAWS DPD is what I used in some attempts at purple. Some success was gained but overall the flavor and gland production was a bit lacking.Just have to run more some day and find the real keeper. I still hold The Darkness a black/purple DPD fem for breeding.

Anyway, I would still love to run any of Outlaws gear, even more of the Magic Merlin originals.
