Ive seen something like that. Should have taken a pic, bit i seen a fan leaf that stared growing either a bud site or pollen sacs. Had a stem and sets of leaves! It was crazy

These were from Cap's Wilma as young seedlings. I don't have good pics but now as mature moms the two I kept have 9, and one sometimes goes to 11 if you veg long enough in a big pot. They are also much thinner, especially fans that form under short day lighting. I think container size effects this too.

I read in Marijuana Botany that a Colombian strain had the same thing, one even grew staminate. Guessing this is a recessive trait, not a mutation, seems there are quite a few people seeing the same thing.

Do you mind me asking how close to top of the plants the 13 was located or grew from. I like the dark in there is that a veg leaf? Thanks for sharing

Nearly 8 years ago that I grew that one, still got pics online but looks like I pruned lower branches so not sure which node. Actually, I'm not 100% sure it's the same plant, had multiple, all had 11-leaflet leaves, just one with 13.

I'm about to harvest a few and they are common out beautiful when it comes to looks, but it seems I accidentally also popped some seeds of the wrong cross, which looks great but doesn't produce a tasty enjoyable smoke. It's like it's terpene-less. So while I have generations with more than 50% whorlers, it's not in a strain yet that produces bud I'd like to fill my jars with. Going to do a run (F3) of a regular line first.
