Is your room sealed @Lazerus00 ? You're doing good man, 38RH is not too bad for veg growth. Right now my attic veg space bounces from 25-15RH and I can't really do anything about it because I can't fit very much in my cramped space. You can make it work though! Be careful with the wet towel so that it doesnt get musty/moldy and attract unfavorable conditions. As far as the filter, I've used other carbon pre filters and they work for catching some of the dissolved solids and some chlorine but it probably won't take care of the chloramine. Its definitely better than straight tap water though! Hell, I know its sacrilege but I just use tap unless I'm brewing teas but the better quality water does make a difference.

So plants are still happy today after yesterdays transplant but no matter what I do I can't get my humidity over 40!=(...I got a soaking wet towel sitting in a dish, a humidifier, and a bowl of water in there and for some reason it stays at like 38!?!? I almost think maybe my hydrometer is not working properly, anyway I know it's not life and death so i'm not stressing...By the way I looked up that aptus fasilitor after reading your guys post and OMG is that stuff expensive! Deff for the more seasoned grower i'm assuming so ,aybe after a few cycles and I got some technique down...lol..I am so happy lately being able to use all the really clean snow on my property for water bc its like pH 5.8 and like 300ppm tds....I won't be able to collect rain bc of gutter issues on my house so I was looking at this Rainshow'r GK-1 Green Knight Hydroponic Garden Hose Dechlorinator with Hose Saver from Amazon and they even have a lil carbon pre filter...you guys have any experience with this or advice??
oh p.s. I ordered a bunch of those clean roots trays and i'm so happy bc using the smartpots I hated the idea of them sitting in their poo...

Those clean roots things are dope. Don't worry about ur humidity bro. I hover between 25% and 40 but never over 40. No worries man. Ur doing great.

oh ok buildin that library huh?! I finally got my hands on some elites but the store was out of rockwool and i had to use their "homemade" plugs. They def didn't work when I mentioned it to the owner he says " yeah we've been hearing alot of that. My fuckin luck. I'm just goin to grab 10 archive packs and hope I win the lottery.

Oh yea we are building a dream team, lol and yea like there nutrients and mix are top secret. Lol

So got a few different things going on there. The WiFi x Tahoe is in coco getting greenstone base with their additives except I'm using massive from green planet as a bloom Booster. That plant is in coco. Everything else is in fortifies soil except the hell raiser who is in truly amended soil. So she just gets water. The rest are split. A couple are on nectar for the gods and a couple are o general organics. Really happy with this run. So far anyways. Positive vibes to u brother.

@Tnelz @Power OG @CBDEMON ....I actually just found this one Garden Hose Filter - Removes Chlorine, Chloramines, VOCs, & Pesticides/Herbicides and its cheaper! I'm gonna order it tmrw and see whats up when i test the water that come out of it, for sure it will be better then tap. As far as my room, yea it's a Gorilla tent and is all seald, i just have low humidity right now but i'm sure when sume come i'll have the opposite problem and have to run a dehumidifier. Also i know i read a lot of people have their humidity right around 40+/- so I wasn't too woried but it's funny bc on another forum some guy was saying how i'm wasting my time growing if i can't get it up to 60/70%, i was like you suck, i'm going back to the farm!..lol.. You guys are so tight and are so smart/experienced, i've said it before but i can't say it enough i am so darn lucky and feel blessed. It's like i have all these new friends to learn from and bounce ideas off of and who knows, down the line maybe even share clones/seeds with...Thank all you guys, even ones I didn't tag!

shits crazy expensive but it does work I got it with a free sample. I even did an experiment putting clones in some salty coco to test aptus claims that it protects them from excess salts. The clone without aptus in salty coco was just not doing good the one with aptus in salty coco grew like it was in triple washed coco

I like my RH 50 55% myself if I can get it there until last few weeks of flower and I try to keep it under 45%
Sounds like you have all the right stuff to get it up You are @38% ?
I know a few guys who take the red bricks and soak um in hot water then use them to wick water by the fan.
I also have seen guys use the tiki torch wicks in 2L bottles and set them up by the fans the wicing water seems to help

Honestly bro I have no idea about water filters and stuff. I use tap every grow. I've got an old waste basket that's about 20 gallons and I fill it up every couple days. I let it bubble forever and add hydro guard every so often but that's it. Never had a problem. However my tap is 85 90 ppms so it's pretty clean. The ppms are predominantly mag so it actually works out well. So good luck brother.

Too funny! @Pimp T I was gonna suggest like @FlyinJStable said get McGrubber with it and us aluminum foil or an apple or if you got some scissor hash ball it up and put in on the tip of a paper clip or safety pin held in the up position by a quarter or something then light it, blow it out and cover it with a cup till the smoke builds then tilt the cup up and suck...this is how I first smoked hash in Amsterdam back in like 98...or you could just do the nose thing!hahahaha...I'll see, I have a feeling as the weeks progress my humidity will go up but thanks @FlyinJStable for the suggestions! I'm off to scout ups, usps, and fedex for cheapest price to send back the original ballast/hood system i got that emitted more rf then ever imaginable! Stay HI my friends!

That's what this is for man. Hate uppity know it all assholes who only focus on the way they do it. The farm doesn't have many but they are creeping in. That's why I started this though. Positive like minded individuals with tons of experience who enjoy helping others. As for trading and stuff pm me bro ill get u hooked up with some nice stuff.
