thats great advice , outdoors its hard to let it go with even a speck of mold . right?Let the sour d ride. My old business partner for my indoor at my place always get mad at me for cutting the sour to soon indoors. It's always super chunky at day 65 or so and I'm like. "Let's cut it ". He gets super mad and makes me take it to day 72 and I appreciate it every time.
