Too true mate, too true. I was badly hooked on the smack for about 8 solid year plus crack for about a year and a half, been off all that shite for over 10 year now and would never go back near the stuff now

You have hit it in one there mate, I must have put years on my parents due to worry and stress that I caused them. At the time you don't even think that way, all you care about is your relationship with the smack/crack when you're hooked on that shit. I myself needed at least 6 month constantly living with my parents, I had to cut all ties with the so-called friends that was hanging about us, I still blank most of them to this day, that's all I done from about 17 to 25. No job or nothing. Now I've got a trade etc and much happier now, I regret the damage I must have done to my body and the crap I put my family through but in the end I wanted to get clean for myself.

Sounds EXTREMELEY familiar.except the it all coming good at the end part.im still struggling to get a job and iv been clean for over 10 years.
ah well i will get caught break laws...
