Ok, sorry, I was thinking you got a 300 for some reason. With the 600 I'd say about 18", just make sure to turn your plant every day so you don't get any little LED burns on your leaves.

Bro, are you using tinfoil in there?! Tinfoil is a terrible thing to use for a reflective surface, any experienced grower will tell you this, you've gotten away with it so far because of they way you were lighting but with that LED you're gonna want to change it. You'd be far better off to line that box with plain white paper, white will give you a far better reflective surface area.

It's the same idea though, unless they have a 100% crinkled type surface to them.

That's just the way I put them in.. I can take them out if thats better for the plant. Not a problem..

On having a second look I stand by what I said to begin with, you're gonna want to change that out. That kind of surface will create hot spots in it's reflection of light.

That will work, if you want to use something, use white, mylar's ok too but, white works the best really.
