she says its my attitude , the fact i have no patience , she prefers me stoned cus then im alot calmer and im not such a opinionated asshole , thing is , i dont think im anywhere near as bad as she makes me out to be and also ive always been the way i am , shes been with me 7yrs and we are married so its not like its a new relationship.... its like she lives in a dream and thinks everyone is ALWAYS perfectly happy and couples dont have the odd row ... id say 80-90% of the time we are really happy , i dont know what else to do ... hse doesnt talk to anyone , me or her friends so i cant even get a insite into her mind .

I understand its a tough one were theres kids but for your own sanity put an end to it.it doesnt mean your ending your relationship woth your kids but its no good for them wen theyr being taken from theyr home all the time.sounds like she,s more interested in her own feelings than the good of her kids in that situation.

thing is im fucked without her , i own our house but i have no job so cant pay the morgage without her , ive been suffering from stress n anxiety last few years and it made it hard to keep a job down so i became the full time stay at home parent ....

Hey listen man. I think ur a cool dude. I like the fact that if something is on ir mind ur not afraid to let ppl hear all about it. That being sed its obvious even to me. Me being someone who onlh knows u thru a computer that u can be a lil abrasive and hotheaded.
Im not by any means sayin that what happened w ur mrs is on u but it does take 2. Theres nothin wrong w a lil self improvement. Try to take life a lil lighter bud. Dont let urself get werked up ya know?

I hope ur not suggesting they separate. Thats absolute worst case scenario. U know how i feel bout that haps. A kid needs mom and dad at all times.

yeah i can get hot headed , and i dont hide that fact , ive been seeing a councillor about that very issue actually and he seems to think i suffer from adhd and have probably always had it and never known how to deal with it ... resulting in the hot headedness , she knows all this also though and i feel like she is now using that as a reason mate.
ive already lost my daughter and our house we lived in when my then partner left me 10yrs ago .... i dont know if i can go through it again

Sorry to hear that bud. Im kinda a rageaholic myself. I went off on my mrs this morn for some dumb ass shit but thats another issue.
It sounds cliche but its important to make it known to her the same things ur tellin us. I have/had adhd myself. Took meds my whole childhood. Imo when u feel urself gettin hot ya need to take a step back and go be by urself fer awhile. I know easier sed than done w the kids around but ya cant be goin off like that bro.

Did u smash ur phone? Yes or no?

Yeah i knew it. Well we got something in common then. I been thru my share of phones too. Dude u already know and im no better btw.....we cant have our sons who we r tryin to raise to be gents seein their dad throw a big fit like that.
Idk bout u but when the smoke clears from me foin off i usually feel like a total dick cuz what set me off was not that big of a deal in the first place.
