Haha yeah i need a weekend where in not busy to get that gumbo going. Want to give it my undivided attention.

It's just Heinz baked beans on regular bread, buttered, I put cheddar cheese on top. It's no gourmet shit but it's classic UK comfort food, never fails to hit the spot.

A roast joint of meat with roast veg boiled or steamed veg crispy sage and onion stuffing lashings of gravy dollops of mint sauce and Yorkshire puddings to lap it all up with

Roast beef/lamb:pork/chicken with crunchy roast potatoes, raoast parsnips, braised red cabbage, veg, and gravy from the roasting juices. That's how I do it. Yorkshire pud with beef, mint sauce on the side with lamb.
