Me mate lofty worm fisherman

Today Sorta was my 60 th birthday
We are 20 hours ahead so actually my b day is tomorrow in the states.
Lofty and wife drove us to this little coastal town
Lush green sheep pastures beautiful ocean with no tourists or any one else for that matter
Rainy day but still awesome. The smell of the ocean and sound of the water being with these wonderful down to earth real people make this Avery special day.
They live in a little simple house most folks would think they are pretty poor.
They are Richer than kings because they know they live in the most beautiful place in the world and they know how to open their hearts and share what they have.
One would never in a million years know by looking at Loftys wife as well astheir little house out in the middle of nowhere that they are very well of financialy.
She has worked hard and saved up over the years from farming sheep and growing potatoes.
My wife is blown away and laughs hard at their expressions
Her and Loftys wife have become real close friends.
Here's some of what we saw today.

Off we go today to one of the most beautiful spots in the world Milford Sound Fiordland
These people down here are so warm
In the states I always greet others to see their reaction
Folks here. Always react with a giddy and a wink for some
Our hosts are simply amazing they have fed us all meals accommodation drove us all over and refuse to let us pay for anything
A mate of a mate gifted me some cannabis free
I am in love with the whole experience
Everything is so clean or tidy as they say
Folks homes are spotless
Our host drove me around to meet folks I have not seen for 33 years and they remember the days of getting pissed in the pub and get a laugh but are glad to see I have stopped
One fella said oh you were smoking that dope down here before anyone knew what it was
Everyone wants it legal but it is kind of risky but really no cops around to bother anyone
Having the time of our lives

Rivers still stained here going out tomorrow with a local fly caster
Really not disappointed hooked into one man it ran and snapped me off like nothing
Owen River lodge sure is high dollar real nice but not in our budget which is looking real good considering our gracious hosts are shouting, covering all our food and accommodation even refusing to buy subs at subway..
Pretty amazing. The lady cooks meals for the guests at the hotel mostly workers the hotel is sold out a lot because they treat folks right and they come back she is up vacuuming and cleaning units at 6 am

I dont know anything about the lodge but it doesnt surprise me its expensive, hes pretty well off.Better to spend time with momma and friends touring around seeing the sights anyways, plenty of time to fish later.

Today I can honestly say without a doubt was the most amazing day of my life
What we saw today was So beautiful I welled up in tears
We saw Fiordland at Milford Sound on a beauty of a day a very rare and special treat
A pretty good sized pod of dolphins came into the fiord from the Tasmin sea the boat caught up and the Dolphins were breaching out front and on the bow were I saw them 15 feet from above breaching one after the other couple feet away from tip of boat
I was just amazing could see them swimming under water and up they came before my very eyes
Took lots of pic on the Nikon no way to post as of yet
i drove our rental 325 miles today with me mate beside me
Pass the bloody buggar he would say
Cruising along at 125 kph limit is 100 I'd ask him this ok mate
Fukin right mate
