@incogneato i used those comparisons when buying my lights the links are for bulbs reflectors and ballasts.

No problem if you dont know some of the jargon like PAR for example just google it theres plenty of good info on lighting out there.

Also if youre in the states always always always check amazon prices before you buy. A prime membership doesnt hurt either with all the shit i order lol

Yea too much info... Just gotta pull the trigger. You'll never get everything you need to start. Spend a few hundred and get rolling and upgrade from there. I spent years bullshitting around. And finally jumped in. It wasn't near as hard as I thought it would be and 1 grow is worth more than any amount of reading.

Yea all the lil shit i worried about boiled down to tempature and nutrient strength... And that's pretty much all I worry about now.

Yea I have been reading ALOT so I know most of the terms. I'm in the states and definitely use amazon lol (too much probably) I agree its time to start now. Did my research, put some money up, and freed up my grow space. Like I said I'll be buying stuff this week.

Have fun with it, youre outfitting for one of the most rewarding hobbies there is, if you need help along the way there are plenty of farmers with great info too. I understand wanting to spend your money well though it is important to know what youre getting

I've had around 10 orders from attitude. I don't get the guarantee and plain padded envelope. I've never lost an order. But am interested in other ways other than herbies

I don't have kids but my babies are damn close... Till I cut em down and smoke em. Almost feel bad some times. But yea its super rewarding and addictive. Always wanting to make it better. And take pics. And just stare....

I have been at this for years mate. 1.3 average aint that good but its not a slouch so I am ok with it, I have a pal that runs more but he has a plant so has it super dialed over many years. I just grow whatever and take the rough with the smooth on phenos. Last run was ave 196g per plant or 784g per m2 and 630W LEC of Archive Seeds Lemon Amnesia, but before that we ran a bunch of GSC and so the take was 91g per plant. We expected this since GSC aint a massive yielder and we grow for taste and impact, not weight anyway.
There are plenty of plants we can hit 1.3 on, but it wasnt deliberate mate. I never once set out to do this, it happened over time as I got comfortable with the plant and my technique. I think given enough time and genetics, this is achievable for anyone.
Documentation is the key for me, being able to go back and see what we did at any stage, helped me to tune inputs to reach a higher take. Plus the LEC LAMP technology is awesome
